The Outwild Philosophy

Your body is your gear. Train accordingly.

There’s a lot of noise out there about what fitness should look like. What strength should look like. What you should look like. I created Outwild to cut through that noise and return to what really matters.

I don’t coach for aesthetics—I coach for capability. For real life. For mountains and messy seasons. For the hard weeks and the good ones. For whatever wild thing you're carrying—on your back or in your heart.

I believe your body is your most important piece of gear, and it deserves to be cared for like it matters. Strength isn’t a number. It’s not a look, or a PR. It’s how you move through the world—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I believe in real food, authentic movement, and honest conversations. No shame. No gimmicks. No “shred in 30 days” nonsense. Just simple, sustainable coaching that helps you feel stronger, steadier, and more like yourself.

I do this work because I’ve been there—disconnected from my body, burned out, running on fumes. Trying to earn my worth through grind, restriction, and proving something to everyone but myself.

Helping people reconnect with their bodies, their strength, and their resilience has been part of my own healing. I started Outwild to offer the kind of coaching I needed: grounded, human, science-backed, and no-BS. Not performative. Not punishing. Just real tools for real people who are ready to move differently.

If you’re here, you’re already doing the hardest part: showing up. Whether you’re training with me in person, working remotely, or just looking for something that feels more real—I’ll meet you where you are.

You’ll get honesty. You’ll get smart, personalized coaching. And you’ll get support that respects your body, your story, and your goals.

I don’t wait for people to be “fit enough” or “ready.”We start where you are. That’s enough.

Outwild Human Performance is where performance meets purpose—and where you come home to your body again.

Let’s build something strong.
